Return policy

It is possible to return products within 14 days. The return policy varies depending on the product and is described below. My knives can be returned within 14 days of purchase. The conditions for this are that the knives must be unused and come with the original packaging (unused also means without any visible signs of knife use). Customized or made-to-order knives cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this rule. The deposit for the knife is also non-refundable. This is to protect my company against potential costs incurred. There is also no option to return items for the sharpening service (again, to protect my company against incurred costs).
